The Product Support role will work with clients and stakeholder to evolve a new analytic product.
You will be responsible for handling product enquiries, supporting upcoming features, training and educating users on how to get the most out of the product.
This product will form part of a future portfolio of industrialised, data insight client-facing solutions.
Your key responsibilities include:
Managing product related enquiries which have been escalated from the various channels. These can come from both internal and external customers
Assisting with technical product related issues, such as liaising with the business contacts and testing
Analyse data to identify patterns and key clients to contact
Training and educating clients on how to get the most value out of the product, by understanding their needs and how our product can help them
An ideal background for a successful candidate would be a track record of supporting customers and educating them ideally within a helpdesk environment.
Confidence to engage with clients and present/train teams
Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative and high energy team
Strong problem solving skills and a customer focused and outcome driven
