We're looking to appoint a Managing Consultant here in our Sydney office in order to manage, build, mentor and inspire our Sales team - a seasoned Tech, Digital or Sales & Marketing recruitment professional who can lead by example and build long-term sustainable partnerships with these leading brands in market.
Apart from driving Revenue outcomes and commissions with your own portfolio of clients, you will will have the opportunity to obtain Profit Share incentives with the team that you are managing.
You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years in a B2B sales based role ideally gained within mid to senior level recruitment environments coupled with some management experience in a recruitment or sales environment.
Strong customer facing experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving and over achieving personal sales targets. You will have a strategic selling approach with the ability to consult to customers around talent related business challenges and design and execute relevant solutions.
You will have a track record with engaging with and building successful commercial partnerships with senior decision makers in startups to larger enterprise environments
